Purdue University’s new Hillenbrand South residence hall represents a significant advancement in on‑campus student housing, seamlessly integrating essential building envelope systems. We are excited to work with Purdue on the eight‑story, ~252,000 sq ft facility where we are providing crucial services, such as joint sealants, robust firestopping, waterproofing, and air barriers. These critical components support the building’s durability and occupant well‑being. We look forward to seeing this project progress toward completion, with the building slated to welcome students in Fall 2026.
