Our team recently completed waterproofing work at the new Rose‑Hulman (RHIT) Residence Hall, a four‑story building designed to house approximately 160 first‑year students. By applying industry‑leading waterproofing across the foundation, balconies, and exterior envelope, we ensured protection against moisture infiltration—critical for extending the building’s lifespan and safeguarding interior environments. The newly constructed hall features study lounges, kitchenettes, and communal spaces on each floor, all situated to benefit from our comprehensive waterproofing scope. We take pride in contributing to Rose‑Hulman’s mission by delivering resilient, high‑quality construction that supports a vibrant and secure student living experience!
